Before you proceed to registration, the GLORY organizing priests and servants would like to clarify some guidelines and expectations.
GLORY is a Spiritual Retreat and Christian Convention. For your own growth and benefit, we hope you please treat it as such, not as a vacation. You are encouraged to bring your Bible, Agpeya, and anything else you might think is necessary, such as a pen and a pad for lectures.
- Out of respect for our speakers, organizers, and other participants, please follow the program and arrive on time to all scheduled events. During scheduled programming, for your and other participants’ safety and peace of mind, please do not leave the convention grounds.
- We invite you to dress appropriately and respectfully. As a guideline: all attire should be that which can be worn in church.
- Please stay at your designated (male or female) residence building, floor, wing, and rooms.
- Please respect the curfew times and quiet hours. We are not the only group staying at the venue.
- Everyone is coming to seek out spiritual enrichment, please be mindful of the time you take up with our Fathers the Priests during confessions and during the Q and A times.
- We ask everyone to clean up after themselves at all spaces: meal spaces, lecture halls, open/social areas and hangout spaces.
- We all want to honour Christ in everything we do and say. Bullying, harassment, swearing, fighting, drugs (including weed), alcohol, smoking/vaping, gambling, and any sort of promiscuity will result in the participant being sent home at their own expense, legal consequences when applicable, and being banned from future GLORY conventions.
By proceeding to register, you agree with the above guidelines, and acknowledge that going against them will result in reprimand by your Church Fathers/Fathers of Confession, not being able to attend future GLORY conventions, and/or being sent home at your own expense.
